On February 22, 2025, a netizen posted a post on Weibo that he was secretly photographed by the shop owner after experiencing surfing at a surf club.
After verification, when the party was taking a bath at a surf club in Liji Town, Wanning City at 14 o’clock on February 7, Song, the owner of the surf club, used his mobile phone to secretly take pictures of him. After receiving the report from the party, the Wanning City Public Security Police conducted an investigation and disposal on the spot. On the day of the incident, the Wanning Municipal Public Security Bureau, in accordance with the provisions of Article 42, Paragraph 6 of the “Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China”, immediately placed the offender Song under administrative detention for 10 days and fined him 500 yuan.
At present, the city has revoked the filing qualifications of the two surf clubs in which Song is a legal person, required the immediate suspension of business for rectification and acceptance of investigation by relevant departments, and listed the person involved in the incident Song as a blacklist of travel-related personnel in our city, prohibiting him from engaging in tourism-related business activities in his city.
