Mr. Li chose to change the ticket, and the other party further stated that he could refund 300 yuan to the bank card because he had purchased insurance for him, but he needed to operate through “corporate payment”.
Under the guidance of the other party, Mr. Li used his bank card to open a “rest assured borrowing” service on a certain platform, and borrowed a total of 100,000 yuan in two installments according to the other party’s requirements.
Subsequently, the other party asked Mr. Li to download a software and swipe the card through the NFC function of the mobile phone. Mr. Li completed two large-value transactions as instructed, and when the other party asked for a third swipe of the card, Mr. Li noticed that it was abnormal, but he had been defrauded of 98,000 yuan.

Ms. Luo received a strange call, and the other party falsely claimed that she had opened a “member live broadcast service”, and if she did not cancel it, a high fee would be deducted. Ms. Luo added the customer service account provided by the other party and downloaded the two App installation packages. One of them is a conference software, and the other is a payment tool.
After turning on screen sharing, Ms. Luo’s mobile phone was remotely controlled, and even the screen went black automatically.
Subsequently, Ms. Luo was asked to put her bank card close to the NFC recognition area of her mobile phone and instructed her not to operate the mobile phone. Soon after, the other party disconnected after sending a fake message saying “Membership closure successful”. Ms. Luo and her family checked and found that the money in the bank card had been transferred.
Analysis of fraud methods
1. Disguise your identity
On the grounds of “flight failure” and “cancellation of deductions”, the victim is nervous and uses the sense of urgency to reduce his vigilance.
2. Fraudulent use of NFC
The victim is asked to bind the bank card information with fake software through the NFC function, and directly read and transfer the funds in the card.
3. Remote control creates a sense of fear
Techniques such as screen sharing are used to make victims mistakenly believe that the other party is doing legitimate operations, further increasing trust.
4. Falsifying success information to divert attention
The scammers send fake “successful cancellation” messages to get victims to let their guard down and delay discovering that the funds have been stolen.
Police Urgent Reminder:
1. Be wary of “customer service” calls
When you receive a call from someone claiming to be a customer service, be sure to verify their real identity, especially if it involves sensitive information such as changes and refunds.
2. Use NFC with caution
Avoid unfamiliar payment operations through the NFC function at will, and beware of theft.
3. Decline screen sharing
Anything that asks to turn on screen sharing or remote assistance should be done with high vigilance to avoid revealing personal information.
Once you notice that you have been deceived, you should immediately call the bank’s customer service number to freeze the bank card and report it to the police.
