Recently, China Mobile Tianjin successfully deployed the DeepSeek “Intelligent Computing All-in-One Machine” at the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University, supporting core business scenarios such as comprehensive assessment and detection of geriatric and chronic diseases, AI report generation for physical examinations, intelligent interaction of Internet hospitals, and medical image analysis through customized computing services, becoming the first localized deployment case of DeepSeek in a general hospital in Tianjin. This cooperation creates an innovative cooperation model of “operators guarantee computing power infrastructure and hospital-led model development”, marking the in-depth collaboration between China Mobile and Tianjin Medical University General Hospital in the key areas of large-scale implementation of medical AI.

It is understood that Tianjin Mobile applies China Mobile’s “Jiutian Intelligent Computing All-in-One Machine”, which meets the needs of high-precision model inference and high-concurrency real-time interaction in medical scenarios with its high-performance computing architecture and elastic expansion capabilities. Based on the AI model system independently developed in the early stage, Tianjin Medical University General Hospital has successfully broken through technical bottlenecks such as cross-platform scheduling of medical data and parallel computing of multi-modal models through algorithm optimization and computing power adaptation with the Tianjin Mobile technical team, and realized the leap from single-point experiment to hospital-wide deployment.

In terms of data security, in response to the privacy protection needs of medical data in the General Hospital, Tianjin Mobile adopts a three-level security protection system of “device-edge-cloud”, and builds a computing power base that meets the compliance requirements of medical data through a hardware-level trusted execution environment, dynamic data desensitization, and full-link encrypted transmission technology, supports localized processing and hierarchical storage of medical data, and ensures zero leakage of patients’ private information and core diagnosis and treatment data.
