Then the call from “senior customer service” came in immediately. Call the other party through the “BOC Meeting” software, contact through online customer service, and carry out password operation and face recognition again and again under the guidance of the other party. It wasn’t until all the balance in the card was transferred out and the refund had not yet arrived that Ms. Xu realized that she had been deceived.
