【Pork belly stewed with potatoes】

Materials

350g pork belly 6 small potatoes

method

Pour in enough hot water to cover the pork belly, and after boiling, pick out the green onions and garlic;

Transfer to a casserole to skim off the foam and add the braised soy sauce; Turn to low heat and cover and simmer for 40 minutes until the pork belly is soft and glutinous;

Add the potato wedges and salt and simmer for another 20 minutes.

【Baked meatballs】

Materials

200 grams of minced meat and half an onion

2 celery stalks and 3 green onions

2 cloves of garlic and 1 small piece of ginger

Appropriate amount of chicken essence and appropriate amount of soy sauce

Appropriate amount of white pepper and appropriate amount of bean paste

Appropriate amount of cooking wine 1 egg white

Add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, white pepper and egg white to the minced meat, and then add half a spoon of bean paste and mix well;

Materials

method
