The recruitment leaders of many private enterprises said that the current enterprises are in a stage of rapid growth and are in urgent need of all kinds of talents, and they hope to recruit their favorite employees through such matchmaking meetings. For fresh graduates who are just starting out in the workplace, the company will also provide corresponding training opportunities and career development channels.
It is understood that the top three positions in the number of recruits at the job fair are algorithm engineers, marketers and domestic pension service personnel. Judging from the salary data, the monthly salary of AI large model application researcher, wireless communication algorithm engineer and other related positions can reach up to 40,000 yuan. Many companies bring nursery teachers, escort doctors, health care and other positions, with a monthly salary of more than 10,000 yuan and up to 30,000 yuan.

Zhou Guoliang, director of the Shanghai Employment Promotion Center, said that the demand for jobs in many emerging industries and industries is increasing, and the salaries are relatively high. “We calculated that the average salary for the entire job fair should be more than 10,000 yuan per month. Some high-end and new manufacturing enterprises have an average monthly salary of at least 20,000 yuan. ”
In Hangzhou, Zhejiang, at this year’s largest offline talent recruitment fair, various science and technology companies and scientific research institutions are also throwing olive branches to high-level talents in algorithms, large models, AI and other aspects. The recruitment leaders of many technology companies said that the company plans to expand the number of R&D teams this year, and needs compound talents who understand both mechanical hardware and AI algorithms.
