Ingredients: Beans, minced pork, green onion and garlic

Method:

1. Blanch the beans in the pot for two minutes, let cool and chop.

2. 20 peppercorns, 1 star anise, two bowls of water and simmer for 5 minutes to cool.

3. Add a small amount of pepper water to the minced meat and stir well, add two spoons of light soy sauce, four spoons of dark soy sauce, one spoonful of salt, one spoonful of chicken essence, one spoonful of thirteen spices, and four spoons of oil and stir well.

4. Add minced beans, minced green onion and ginger and stir well.

Vermicelli with minced pork

Ingredients: white radish, vermicelli, pork, tofu, shiitake mushrooms

Method:

1. Put a little salt and oil in the water, blanch the shredded white radish, blanch the oyster mushrooms, crush the tofu with water, blanch and set aside.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add chopped green onions, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, chicken powder, a little sugar, boil the vermicelli for about 15 minutes, remove and chop after softness.

3. Put an egg yolk, oyster sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, five-spice powder, and chopped green onion into the meat filling, stir in one direction, heat the pan with cold oil, and fry the meat filling.

4. Put all the ingredients into a basin, add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken powder, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, shallots, cooking oil, chopped green onions, and stir well.

Bolognese sauce filling

Ingredients: pork belly, green onion and ginger, bay leaves, bean paste

Method:

1. Bring water to a boil, cook the meat, remove it to cool and cut into cubes, and mince the green onions and ginger.

2. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry green onion and ginger until fragrant, put a spoonful of bean paste to stir-fry the red oil, pour in diced meat, put dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, pepper, five-spice powder, oyster sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
