According to a post posted by a netizen in Shenzhen, on the evening of March 17, a wildfire broke out in Hong Kong. Netizens said, “Looking at the sharp tip that originally burned from the top of the mountain, it burned all the way into a large piece.” As you can see from the pictures, the fire is gradually expanding.


On March 18, a reporter from Nandu learned from the Sheung Shui Fire Station of the Hong Kong Fire Department that the incident occurred in Sheung Shui Ma Cao Ridge. At 20:13 on March 17, a number of citizens reported that a mountain fire broke out, and the fire started near a residential area. Rescuers rushed to the scene after receiving the report, went up the hill to put out the rescue, and ambulances were also on standby. At one point, the fire line was about 200 meters long.
