The operation gang severely punished fraud: 21 people were heavily fined, and 6 people were transferred to the public security on suspicion of crimes

Job Gang recently announced an update on its anti-fraud efforts, revealing the company’s tough measures to combat internal corruption in 2024. According to statistics, a total of 18 fraud cases were investigated and dealt with by the supervision department throughout the year, involving 21 employees who were punished for serious violations of the company’s regulations. In particular, six of the employees have been transferred to the police for further investigation on suspicion of criminal offenses.

Specifically, there are several typical cases mentioned in the report of the Job Gang. Former employees Tang, Zhang, Deng and others were accused of taking advantage of their positions in the company to receive huge bribes from suppliers. The three people, including Li, Sun, and Xu, also used their position power to collect benefits in order to seek personal gains, which not only violated the law, but also brought significant losses to the normal operation of the company. According to the internal rules of the Job Gang, the behavior of these six people was judged to be a first-degree disciplinary violation, and they have been blacklisted by the company and face severe penalties of never hiring. At the same time, they have been transferred to the public security organs on suspicion of committing a crime.

The Jobs Gang also reported several other cases of disciplinary violations. Five employees, including Yang Moumou and Song Moumou, were exposed to have problems such as accepting gifts from suppliers, bribing funds, and engaging in part-time activities in violation of regulations during their tenure. These acts were also recognized as first-degree disciplinary violations, and five people were also blacklisted and punished with never hiring. According to Jobbang, these initiatives are aimed at maintaining the company’s culture of integrity and ensuring that all employees can work in a fair and equitable environment.

In another batch of reported cases, 10 employees, including Luo and Liu, downloaded and copied the company’s business confidential data to their personal storage devices for non-work reasons, which seriously violated the company’s confidentiality regulations. According to the internal management system of the job gang, these 10 people were also judged to be a first-degree disciplinary violator, blacklisted, and faced the punishment of never being hired. Job Gang emphasizes that protecting the security of the company’s assets and customer information is the company’s unshakable bottom line, and any attempt to undermine this bottom line will be severely cracked down.

This report not only demonstrates the determination and strength of the job gang in the fight against internal corruption, but also sends a clear signal to all employees that any violation of the company’s regulations and professional ethics will be dealt with seriously. The company said that it will continue to strengthen internal supervision and system construction to ensure the company’s integrity culture and healthy development.
